- Laptops and other devices that can be used for the transcription/
recording of lectures are not permitted in the lecture rooms. - We request that you turn off your cell phone or have it on “vibrate” during the lectures.

- Room rates are guaranteed until 30 days prior to the Conference. However, we advise you to book early to ensure you get a room.
