CANCELLATIONS:
- Full refund until May 30.
- After May 30, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
- Absolutely no refunds after July 30.
- Registration may be transferred at any time and without penalty to anyone not already registered by notifying us in writing.
CELL PHONES: We request that you turn off your cell phone or have it on "vibrate" during the lectures.
OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES:
- Personal taping is not permitted.
- Laptops and other devices that can be used for the transcription/
recording of lectures are not permitted in the lecture rooms.
- CDs of the lectures will be available during and after the conference.
