SOTA 2008 - Conference Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund until May 30.
After May 30, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
Absolutely no refunds after July 30.
Registration may be transferred at any time and without penalty to anyone not already registered by notifying us in writing.

TAPING POLICY:

Personal taping is not permitted. Tapes of the lectures will be available during and after the conference.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES POLICY:

Laptops and other devices that can be used for the transcription/recording of lectures are not permitted in the lecture rooms.

CELL PHONE POLICY:
We request that you turn off your cell phone or have it on “vibrate” during the lectures.
